This singing bowl has an etched design. It has a diameter of 13 cm and is originally from Nepal where it was handmade. It is sold as a set with a silk cushion and a hand-carved Buddha mallet. Excellent for meditation, chakras, and sound therapy.

• Easy to play especially if you start by gently striking the side of the bowl with the mallet and while it is sounding you start to rub the rim of the bowl with the suede leather side.  Try using different angles on the rim and you will be an expert in no time. At first, it is a little bit more difficult to play with the leather side, but should you want, we also sell mallets with a smooth wooden side, which are therefore easier to use.
